In our Friendship Camp, we don't just talk about being a friend - we live it. With a psychologist on hand to coach through the 'tricky' moments in real-time, children learn that they don't have to change who they are to belong.

A Specialized Social Adventure

Does your child long for friendship but struggle with the "how"?

Building bridges with peers can feel like a complex puzzle for neurodivergent children. Our friendship camp offers a safe, small-group space where kids (ages 8–12) can learn the art of making and keeping friends through play, shared interests, and expert guidance.

Safe and Structured

For kids who find typical camps unpredictable, we provide a consistent routine that reduces anxiety and fosters confidence.

Daily Fresh Air:

We head outside every day (weather permitting) for cooperative games that get the body moving and the spirits high.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who is this for? Kids aged 8–12 who struggle with social cues, making friends, or feel overwhelmed in large groups.

  • Will my child be forced to talk? Never. We use "gentle entry" techniques to help kids participate at their own comfort level.

  • What about sensory needs? Like all our camps, this is a sensory-aware environment. We plan for the "recharge" as much as the "play."

Meet Your Facilitators

Alyssa has been helping facilitate our groups and camps for 2 years and loves to connect with the kids that come through.

As someone who has grown up with ASD, she has a unique perspective and ability to help the kids get the most out of our programs.

Berny is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in children and adolescents. 

She designed these groups knowing that there were many kids missing out on the camp experience that their peers were enjoying and talking about.
